Returns & refunds
Thirty days, no reason required.
You have thirty days from delivery to send a piece back. It needs to be unworn and in its original box.
We do not ask why. Write to us and we will send a prepaid return label.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within five business days of the parcel reaching us. We will email you when it is processed.
Earrings are the one exception. For hygiene reasons we can only accept them back if the seal on the packaging is unbroken.
